Topic: centos 8 php 7.3 missing dependency libtidy

Hello,

On centos 8 when installing the tidy extension (php-tidy-7.3.10-1.el8.remi.x86_64 via appstream), it complains that libtidy is missing:
Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides libtidy.so.5()(64bit) needed by php-tidy-7.3.10-1.el8.remi.x86_64

I already have epel-release-8-6.el8.noarch installed and enabled.
libtidy seems to be available in experimental epel-playground, did not make it to regular epel yet.

Indeed, track by https://github.com/remicollet/remirepo/issues/128

BTW, I forgot to add temporarily libtidy in "remi-safe", which is done now.
