Topic: Mirror inconsistency causing install problems

Hello and first of all thanks for your packages!

Today we encountered a problem with an outdated mirror - mirror.serverion.com/remi/ (NL)
This repository is still missing the latest 7.3.17 packages while every other mirrors seems to have them since 14.04.

While I was testing other mirrors I found some other problems:
remi.xpg.com.br/ (BR) - fails with 502
mirror.upb.edu.co/remi/ (CO) - fails with timeout
mirror.telkomuniversity.ac.id/remi/ (ID) - fails with 404

Thanks for your notice.

mirror.serverion.com is disabled for now, will notify the maintainer

and will dig later about others

Laptop:  Fedora 38 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
x86_64 builder: Fedora 39 + rpmfusion + remi-test
aarch64 builder: RHEL 9 with EPEL
Hosting Server: CentOS 8 Stream with EPEL, rpmfusion, remi

Mirror is fixed, synced again, and re-enabled.

Laptop:  Fedora 38 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
