Topic: missing php-pecl-couchbase3 in PHP 8.2 repos

Hi

Could you package php-pecl-couchbase3 into the PHP 8.2 repos.

The reason for asking, is that php-pecl-couchbase4 is fundermently broken for forked process.

I have submitted the bug with Couchbase https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/PCBC-886

This bug makes php-pecl-couchbase4 usless for backgroung processing that use forked processes.

php-pecl-couchbase3-3.2.2-1 built with PHP 8.2 (not tested) and uploaded to the repository

Notice: you have to exclude php-pecl-couchbase4 which will replace v3 by default (only on PHP 8.2, or in Fedora 37)

Laptop:  Fedora 38 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
x86_64 builder: Fedora 39 + rpmfusion + remi-test
aarch64 builder: RHEL 9 with EPEL
Hosting Server: CentOS 8 Stream with EPEL, rpmfusion, remi
