I want to make a mirror of this repository.
What should I do to mirror this repo?
Are there any instructions or documents?

For private mirror you can rsync the content from one of the mirrors offering rsync (see the list on https://rpms.remirepo.net/)

For public/official mirror, please contact me by mail using remi AT remirepo DOT net

I'm used to ask to be able to retrieve mirror access_log for stat computation.

Desktop: Fedora 37 + rpmfusion + remi-test
Laptop:  Fedora 38 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
Hosting Server: CentOS 8 Stream with EPEL, rpmfusion, remi
