Topic: Curl support broken in PHP 5.3.8 on CentOS 5.5?

I've been happily using PHP packages from the Remi repo on CentOS 5.5 for a while. But when I updated to PHP 5.3.8, the curl support broke.

When it starts I get this:

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modules/curl.so' - /usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4: undefined symbol: ldap_init_fd in Unknown on line 0

I don't understand what LDAP has to do with curl, but I installed php-ldap. It made no difference.

Any idea what's wrong?
