Topic: Zend Framework 1.12.13

Please update the repo to include this version of Zend Framework.  The 1.12.12 release contains a nasty bug that causes exceptions in many systems.

The ZF page hasn't been updated with this release yet, but it is a tagged release in github: https://github.com/zendframework/zf1/re … se-1.12.13

(even if my monitoring system already ping me, and build already running)

1.12.13 is now uploading (yes, I have a slow connection) and should be soon available in the repo (perhaps have to wait for your mirror to be synced)

aarch64 builder: RHEL 9 with EPEL
