Hi,

You are building pecl-rdkafka for all php version in your own repository but they aren't available on SCL. Could it be possible to add it?

Also available as SCL in my repository.

Do you mean in centos-scl repository ?

We first need a way (under discussion) how to manage dependencies (librdkafka) to avoid having to build them in each SCL, but instead build them only once in a common repository.

Desktop: Fedora 37 + rpmfusion + remi-test
Laptop:  Fedora 36 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
Hosting Server: CentOS 8 Stream with EPEL, rpmfusion, remi

I mean in centos-scl yes.
I see the issue, thanks for your answer. But in the mean time, in your opinion, what would be the best way to install it in an centos/php-56-centos7 or rhscl/php-56-rhel7 docker image?

Use php56-* packages from "remi-safe" instead of rh-php56-* from rhscl / centos-scl ?
