Topic: Difference between php-sodium and php81-php-sodium

Hi,

I want to install php version 8.1.22 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.7 (Ootpa). I want to enable sodium extension to php framework.

Is there a difference between the php-sodium-8.1.22-1.el8.remi.x86_64.rpm and php81-php-sodium-8.1.22-1.el8.remi.x86_64.rpm rpm packages?

Which command i need to use to enable sodium extension to php framework?

yum localinstall php-sodium-8.1.22-1.el8.remi.x86_64.rpm

OR

yum localinstall php81-php-sodium-8.1.22-1.el8.remi.x86_64.rpm

Please guide. Thanks in Advance

Best Regards,

Kaushal
