Have you look in the SRPMS folder ?

P.S. PHP 5.2.15 at you it is collected without a patch (open_basedir doesn't work).

This version 5.2.15 is provided for those who really need to be stick with this old version.

I really encourage you to test php 5.3.4.

Perhaps you will have to wait for 5.2.16 and stay with 5.2.14
