Reference distribution is RHEL (used to build all packages)

Clones are supported (CentOS, OEL, ...) because they are clone.

I don't see any reason why CentOS Stream won't work.

Especially as changes in Stream will be in the next RHEL, and as ABI breakage are NOT expected in an enterprise distribution

Laptop:  Fedora 38 + rpmfusion + remi (SCL only)
Hosting Server: CentOS 8 Stream with EPEL, rpmfusion, remi
