Topic: patch for 5.4.12 srpm

I cannot promise that this is perfect, or even sane, but I am using this internally and I'd love to get some more eyes on it.  I've rolled in a patch for php bug # 50444 , and also added a package for pdo_dblib.

Does this look to be useful for anyone else?
